Scott Terra is an American actor who was born on June 25, 1991 in Connecticut. He began his acting career at a young age, making his television debut in an episode of "ER" in 2000. He is best known for his role as Charlie Kelmeckis in the 2003 film adaptation of the novel "Ther Perks of Being a Wallflower", as well as for his role as Max Cooper in the TV series "8 Simple Rules".
Terra has also appeared in other television shows such as "The Practice", "JAG", and "Judging Amy". He has since taken a break from acting and has not appeared in any major projects in recent years.
